2.1-18.1 is no longer in the repos, but backleveling to 2.1-13.1 from OSS repo restored 13.1 KTTSMgr sound. Still no progress trying to get voices found in 42.1 cf. also http://bugs.pearsoncomputing.net/show_bug.cgi?id=2657
