by the way the libwx 3x version is linked to filezilla (oss repo)
but filezilla is completely broken :-)

filezilla: Symbol `wxTopLevelWindows' has different size in shared object,
consider re-linking

Now about libwx 3 it seems it help pgadmin3 when linked against it to better
