Hello if you try to write an image with imagewriter on Leap 15.6 reproduced on Beta and yesterday's RC, then you don't see any progress after clicking write. E.g. gnome will show you that there is another dialog, but it's invisible. Once the write finishes the invisible dialog is no longer listed. I suppose the imagewriter was not adopted to the update GNOME45 on Leap 15.6 or there is something that prevents popup to be displayed. Also the media seems to be problematic, I feel that it mostly doesn't work so perhaps there are more issues. I waited until the invisible dialog is closed and executed sync command ... but still Workaround: use dd command or install Fedora media writer from gnome-software/flathub repo. The name of the media was openSUSE-Leap-15.6-DVD-x86_64-64669 (which corresponds with the image I was writing 15.6 669.1 image). So at least something is happening on background.
