Hi,

Did the link state changes start occurring after system changes? (e.g. kernel
or firmware upgrade).

Further more can you attach complete log around this time?

Also, I suggest try connecting the machine to a different switch with a
*different cable* (if possible) and see if the link state changes is occurs.
