Unfortunately, Ring KDE doesn't compile for months [1]. I tried to contact the author by mail personally, but unfortunately the issue hasn't got resolved up until now. If you have time, you could report the problem on KDE Bugzilla; possibly that is more in front of his eyes. I cannot remove the already built binary from the openSUSE Build server (not even with "osc wipebinaries") that's why you could download it today. I'm sorry for the confusion.
