Disabling of flat-volumes was rejected in https://features.opensuse.org/310668 and https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=718728 The reason given in the changed config is plain wrong: # Set flat-volumes to no so that no applications can abruptedly increase master volume Any application can change the master volume. Please don't mess with the upstream config because there is a vocal minority insisting on this behaviour.
