I suggest to get rid of this hardcoded list in YaST and work with actually installed services only. The way it is now is just prone to become wrong.

I think it is actually more useful like this, with installing the missing packages. In this case, rsh-server is available only in the online repo but not on the DVD. If this is a common problem we could tell the user to add the online repo, or even help them with that.
