Since version 5.18, KDE Plasma provides an emoji picker. For the emoji picker, it needs /usr/share/ibus/dicts/emoji-*.dict files, which are currently part of the ibus package. This, however, seems unwanted because it installs all the ibus binaries, a number of irrelevant dependencies and a broken keyboard layout indicator. In Ubuntu (and thus KDE Neon) these files are in a separate package, ibus-data, which solves all these issues. Is it possible to split them out in openSUSE as well?
