I found high usage of RAM more than 1GB because process xembedsniproxy running 70x on background. After reboot 71x same process, after remove package xembed-sni-proxy and reboot everything looks ok usage drop to 420MB and system looks same. I installed xembed-sni-proxy back, after reboot running only once, after second reboot twice...
