Comment # 2 on bug 1028639 from Jordi Massaguer

I had fixed the package in Virtualization:containers repo to not built with
seccomp option, thus you can run docker without any error, thought it does not
support libseccomp.

Provided that 42.1 end-of-life is planned in 16th May, that the new docker
requires to update go, and that there is docker-1.12.6 in 42.1 update official
repos, which is not broken, I would just simply not update docker in 42.1
official repos.
