issue: up to date LEAP 42.1 on Lenovo T440p, facing the following issue: while in a meeting I ran the laptop on battery, then closed the lid so it went into sleep. Went back into my office and plugged it into the docking station. Opened the lid to press the power button. All I saw was a black screen with a mouse cursor on the laptop screen, nothing else (no prompt for password etc). On top, the external screen attached to the docking station did not get a signal. However, when switching to the tty's, the attached screen showed them. So I had to go into init 3 && init 5 to restart X/KDE. Expected result: no need to restart X when plugging laptop being in sleep into docking station after waking it up afterwards.
