Package with those 3 fixes is available in the same repository (see comment
40). Leap 15 builds are ready, Factory builds will take some time. (But
binaries should be compatible.)

I guess it is ready for submit to Factory now.

I am still unsure whether behavior of Scroll Lock is a bug or standard
behavior.
