Fron sceenshot we can know the current theme should be icedesert(this can be
chosen from menu->settings->theme) and in this case the three icon should be :
/usr/share/icewm/taskbar/start.xpm
/usr/share/icewm/taskbar/windows.xpm
and ...(I'm not sure either but I'm sure about that this one should also
underneath this directory)

I think this might be caused by the update of package imlib2, so could you
please try these .xpm file for the investigation?

I have no idea at this moment, so it will be appreciated if you can provide
more details on this weird issue. I will work on this at the same time.
