Thanks for the report. We've had a few fixes recently that are related with
this
issue. Can you verify if this is still happening with latest Tumbleweed?

If yes, please provide related logs like /var/log/pk-backend-zypp. You can also
run `pkmon` in another terminal before running `pkcon update` and provide the
output of `pkmon`.
