Hm, I believe this was not intentional. The request was to drop the "Package
Group" view as the package groups do not provide much value and are being
dropped also from Fedora.

We just forgot that the orphaned and unneeded packages are displayed as a
special package group in this view... :-/


So yes, this is a regression.
