logs of shutdown debug and IPMI SOL logs covering a bug during shutdown

The system continued to operate as in before with a nightly upgrade and reboot
cycle. From a single reboot cycle I could shutdown debug logs, please see the
file in the attachment. The log contains many messages which look like errors
to me but I trust you can better separate known and expected messages from
unexpected ones :)

The attachment also includes the logs of IPMI SOL showing the reboot cycles
including an internal error, referencing "Internal error: Oops - BUG: 0 [#1]
SMP" .
