pipewire-pulseaudio is a pulseaudio daemon replacement and it will be able to replace it at some point. Because of this, it includes "Provides: pulseaudio" in its spec file so users who want to try it can install it, but we don't really want zypper to install it as a replacement when solving dependencies (yet).
