I am using the Live GNOME DVD of openSUSE 13.2 RC1 on a 2013 Macbook pro. I connected my Ethernet cable to the laptop, NetworkManager dected the connection but dhcp client did not auto assign me an IP. I manually assigned an IP, configured gateway and nameserver and networking works perfectly fine. DHCP client is not working on Live GNOME DVD.
