kcm_systemd is indeed in systemsettings5, typo-fault - or _ in between.

Unfortunately https://software.opensuse.org/search is out of order. So I can
not search for kcm-grub2. 

home:ecsos / openSUSE_Tumbleweed 
has kcm-grub2 in his repo. Is this not a semi-official repo?
Can be used via /usr/share/kde4/services/kcm_grub2.

I think kcm_grub2 is more usefully than the bootloader-part of YAST, but it
looks it should "be forgotten", if it is not ported to qt5.It not updated by
the owner since Sa 12 Okt 2013. Sad. Should I ask ecsos in this case, even with
a big amount of time?
