Comment # 10 on bug 1120406 from Dave Plater

copy to /etc/zypp/repos.d/ as root.

Sorry blender-devel was created due to the build service complaining about the
headers under blender's cycles directory.
I decided to rename the package blender-cycles-devel to ensure that blender
built with osl cycles pulls in the correct file.
Because blender takes such a long time to build I could only check this
morning, it's not quite ready because updating blender doesn't remove the old
blender-devel, I need to fix that.

This is my local blender repo url:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/plater:/blender/Leap_15.0
and I'll attach /etc/zypp/repos.d/blender.repo 
This could also be a mirror problem, I suspect that Bug 1112615 is caused by
mirrors.
Meanwhile if you manually remove blender-devel and update blender you should
have a working blender with osl.
