I spoke too early: the BT on Ralink3290 has been never supported and (still
isn't) on upstream.  Ralink refused to work on this, and they give only the
binary-only daemon.

So this BT must be unable to work even on 13.1.

It's possible to run and adapt the binary-only stuff, but it's not what we can
care here about, sorry.
