With factory kernel for armv7hl (kernel-default-4.3.3-1.1.armv7hl) from
http://download.opensuse.org/ports/armv7hl/factory USB is not working on
Allwinner A10 and A20 based systems because the required driver in not included
in the kernel build (neither compiled in nor as a module).

Reason: CONFIG_PHY_SUN4I_USB is not set in .config.

Affected Allwinner SoCs: A10, A13, A31, A20, A23, A33).
Only CONFIG_PHY_SUN9I_USB (for A80 based systems) is included.

Driver was working up until kernel-default-4.2.3-1.1.armv7hl.
