When /boot is located on a RAID device, boot loader must be installed on every
drive that is part of that RAID, otherwise if the first drive fails, the system
cannot boot up.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Install using the following partition layout:
/ -> /dev/md0 -> /dev/sda1, /dev/sdb1

2) Remove the first drive (/dev/sda)

The system should boot up in degraded mode like it does if the second drive
(/dev/sdb) is removed.
