Logfile from a cycle suspend -> wake up -> unwanted shutdown

The main problem is, that the system starts a "real" shut down just when it
comes back from suspend mode. It awakes -- and then it shuts down.

I did a echo "mem > /proc/sys/power" -- see the logfile attached.

The main problem could be the entry

Just when it comes back it measures a high temperature. I don't know IF the
temperature is that high or if the measurement is wrong because of the previous
suspend state. In general the laptop is not that hot and as you can see in the
logfile, it was suspended for > 15 minutes...
