For the libxmlsec1-openssl1 package in the xmlsec1 spec file, added
Requires: %{libname} = %{version}.

This will ensure that when libxmlsec1-openssll1 is installed the
corresponding version of libxmlsec1-1 will also be installed/upgraded.
