The suggests will be in the next patterns submission so closing, @Peter Jahn if
you want the man pages included in your installs you need to remember to
install the "Documentation" pattern. One could probably make the case that
desktop installs should recommend this anyway but certainly there are some more
minimal systems where people don't want man pages. But thats likely a
discussion for another place.
