Comment # 1 on bug 958888 from Bernhard Wiedemann

I think, it is a packaging issue of python-Sphinx
where the update-alternatives config and man page location dont match:
/usr/share/man/sphinx-all-2.7.1.gz
/usr/share/man/man1/sphinx-all-2.7.1.gz

could this fix it?
