Just started nothing this happening maybe in the last week or 2.

I will have open windows that will just become unresponsive, clicking and
interacting with the app will feel like I am just clicking on an image.

There is no feedback from the app, like it's hung and then after sometime it
will become responsive but sluggish. 

At this point I am forced to close the app down.

Apps I am using that seem to have strange hangs now are:

- Firefox
- Java based trading app
- OBS recording software

These app use to work flawlessly in the past.
