Thank Luiz for your feedback, I think in this case lvcreate found a swap signature, so it is ok to add"--yes" to lvcreate. If pvcreate found a swap signature, it should also add "--yes" to pvcreate. It is better to add "--yes" to both pvcreate and lvcreate.
