Comment # 2 on bug 783265 from Tom���� Chv��tal

Please retry this in latest releases as I can't seem to trigger it. If it is
still an issue just reopen this bug.

Also the proper way for time settings in openSUSE should be via yast. Kde
should just read the settings. Maybe we should patch this option out...
