I must say that those DISABLE_STOP_ON_REMOVAL/DISABLE_RESTART_ON_UPDATE seem
really hackish to me.

I don't really see the point in disabling the restart of *all* packages on
update which can lead to a potentially broken system.

But alas, they will remain for a long time.
