Yes, but this is really hardware specific. Bug is reproducible on this laptop,
not on the other one, and am now unsure what logs would be useful. More of a
hardware issue it would seem, but the touchscreen gestures do work when they
are not drawn on apps (e.g. on empty desktop) even on the problematic laptop.
