Correction: I got the login prompt on Enter key, but login timed out.
After reset and reboot the /tmp tarball was gone.

Sadly getsysinfo did not support any command line argument for output location.

Re-trying, I was able to log in via serial, copy the file elsewhere, but during
reboot got stuck in RCU errors and had to reset again.
