Where should the changes be made? In the original maintenance request branch?

Regarding the points:

1. I'm not sure if kjots can be disabled in kdepim4. It needs a bit of
investigation.
2. I wonder why it did not show up during the 42.2 dev cycle. An explicit
conflict may be good, however I need to check if it may have unintentional side
effects (such as removing dependent software).

@rest of the KDE team: any other suggestions / options?
