I'm reporting this in the hope it is fixed in future images, maybe on new LEAP releases. the LEAP 42.3 image available in the windows store, contains aaa_base* packages from home:cbosdonnat. I'm pretty sure that images said to be provided by SUSE or any formal release should only contain packages signed by the respective release key.
