In general, 
"it might be nice" => feature request => Fate (no bugzilla)

It needs discussion about where/what to show, the wording, usability,
implication for all products, etc. Fate is the place for that.

Please, while creating the feature request also check this very long mail
thread in which the same idea is being discussed (among other related topics).
Maybe even one of the participants in the thread already created the Fate
entry.
