I wrote about instability thinking that smb4k did not always worked well in all openSUSE versions I used during the time. It was not about some crashes of the software. A lot of people are using smb4k. Deleting it will make their work with openSUSE more difficult. It will be a nice surprise if some one may change it to make security people happy together with the customers... I am sorry to see so many abandoned or deleted or unsupported packages, get out from openSUSE one by one. Probably this way supporting less packages in openSUSE may become more easy but customers will be not happy. At least the customers who are using it for desktop. Please if you will delete it, could you inform if you are planning to make it still available in KDE:Extra after it?
