It has been fixed in Factory by https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/713086 But aarch64 failed to build with: [ 1698s] lto1: fatal error: error writing to /tmp/ccMBNsBd.s: No space left on device [ 1698s] compilation terminated. So, _constraints file needs to be updated to handle the new requirements.
