It's just a question of upstreaming.  rtlwifi_new is no upstream project, per
se.  But Larry must know of any possible fixes included in rtlwifi_new that can
be backported via stable kernel later once when it's merged to upstream.

Feel free to provide a rtlwifi_new KMP from OBS.  But as a policy, we prefer
following the upstream, so this won't be put into FACTORY or released products
like openSUSE 13.2.
