(1). make sure these packages have been installed:
ibus-1.5.13-12.2.x86_64
ibus-gtk-1.5.13-12.2.x86_64
ibus-gtk3-1.5.13-12.2.x86_64
ibus-lang-1.5.13-12.2.noarch
ibus-libpinyin-1.7.92-4.3.x86_64

(2) In the file: /etc/sysconfig/language
INPUT_METHOD="ibus"

(3) In the file: $HOME/.i18n
export INPUT_METHOD=ibus

(4) In gnome-control-center ->Region and Language
add ibus-libpinyin

(5) reboot system.
