Hmm. I don't think we can support such a maunally crafted configuration. Anyway, my current guess is that this issue may occur also without nvidia graphics. So first thing I would try is either disabling nvidia GPU in BIOS/Firmware (if possible) or get rid of nvidia drivers and blacklist nouveau kernel module. Then try things without any xorg.conf (intel will be chosen). Then, if this also doesn't work, try with modesetting driver by removing xf86-video-intel package. Please report about your results.
