The links shows: That we have the version in Tumbleweed, that the package does
not build for Leap 42.3 (Python version insufficient).

No. I am suggesting that there will not be a maintenance update for Leap 42.3
to this version under the current circumstances, but that TW and future Leap
versions ship with it.
