Update: Reproducible in the current GIT snapshot, but only with ncurses. If ncursesw is selected, the problem does not appear. And reproducible with cfdisk from 2.25 using 2.28 libraries. The problem of drawing ������ characters most probably appears in the code specific for ncurses, not ncursesw.
