It's actually not a duplicate, this problem happen in installed system while the other bug happens during installation. But in this case the problem happens not only in the package management (which reads quite a lot of data about the packages) but also in the network module (https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/895647#step/yast2_lan/10, simple "firewall-cmd --state" fails) or in the bootloader module (https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/895647#step/yast2_bootloader/5) And these modules should not require much memory. So I'd rather suspect some other problem outside YaST. Is that problem reproducible also outside openQA?
