When using a "foreign" kernel to be installed into a container, build service tries to load (network) modules from this kernel instead of kernel-obs-build. (see also https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1226210 for a typical error message) kernel-obs-build should be "self sufficient" in setting up the (Docker) build environment so it doesn't try to load modules from the to-be-installed-into-the-container kernel.
