I found the culprit, it was 70-persistent-net.rules inside /kiwi-descriptions/root/etc/udev/rules.d/ which come with KIWI live image template. https://github.com/OSInside/kiwi-des...tent-net.rules I delete the 70-persistent-net.rules and it work again. The content of the 70-persistent-net.rules is this, not sure how it broke my USB wifi dongle.
