jounalctl -a
 -> as attachment

/var/log/boot (it is better with level of DEBUG)
 -> ??? I don't know what you want..
 -> # cat /var/log/boot.log -> is empty

one additional information

since suse 13.2 every boot waits exact 90sec... for something

# systemd-analyze blame
    1min 30.594s systemd-udev-settle.service
         16.849s wicked.service
           412ms postfix.service
           292ms SuSEfirewall2.service
           243ms apparmor.service

the "systemd-udev-settle.service" seems to timeout and than additional mount
seems to be failing.
