Just tested with the latest tumbleweed kernel, but with this one things are even worse: Suspend to RAM still does not work (exactly same behavior), but with the newer kernel, even rebooting the system does no longer work. It will print something like "Reached target shutdown" and that's all. Need to power cycle. Went back to the latest kernel from Leap 15.1.
