List of repositories before the upgrade

Here is the list of my repos from 13.1.

Most of them are from "Community Repos".

Obviously "Erg�nzungen_lokal" is the reason for the error, because of the
Umlaut, so Bernhard is right. It was a repo I created for myself from a plain
directory (I don't remember why).
