No, this is a build time check which results in the warning.

It will get installed correctly.

But the permissions mechanism later might overwrite the initially
correctly set permission set.

Those pulling in an incomplete patch set by installing samba-krb-printing
while not applying the update available to the pernmissions package
decided to do so with intention.

@Benni: Thanks for pushing it forward.  If possible please add a warning
like:

  Please ensure to install the ernmissions package available with this
  update too to ensure the samba-krb-printing gets the required
  permission set applied.
